Why not make some healthy potato wedges?Cut some small unpeeled potatoes into wedges and place in a poly bag with a small spoon of oil and a shake of salt and pepper. Close the bag and shake well to coat the potatoes. Tip out onto a baking tray and bake at 200degrees fo 20-25 mins until nicely golden brown!
